1. Using Myzie
Myzie is a goal-tracking and personal development app that uses AI to help you build better habits. You must be at least 13 years old to use Myzie.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Myzie (goals, reflections, check-ins). By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service.
Content you share publicly (community posts, challenge activity) may be visible to other users. You are responsible for the content you share.
3. AI Features
Myzie uses AI to provide coaching, generate roadmaps, and offer personalized suggestions. While we strive to provide helpful guidance, AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
AI responses are generated based on your input and general knowledge. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific situation.
4. Subscriptions
Myzie offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
- Refunds are handled according to App Store/Google Play policies
- Downgrading may result in reduced access to features
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Myzie for any illegal purpose
- Share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
6. Intellectual Property
Myzie and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimers
Myzie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability
